Toni 4 has lost people. Not dramatically—no single blowout fight, no slammed door. Just a slow, tectonic drift. Because the people who loved Toni 2 (the fiery one) or Toni 3 (the wounded healer) don’t always recognize Toni 4.

If you meet Toni 4, you might mistake her for cold. You might say, “You’ve changed,” and mean it as an accusation. She won’t flinch. She’ll just nod. Because she knows: change is not betrayal of the self. Change is the self’s only honest language. Why 4? Why not 3 or 7?
