Samagra Kite -

KITE has trained over 200,000 teachers under the "Little KITE" program. Teachers are no longer scared of technology. They use Samagra to reduce administrative burden (automatic attendance, grade calculation) and focus more on teaching.

Instead of discarding digital tools, Kerala doubled down. Samagra now supports blended learning – a mix of physical classroom teaching and digital reinforcement. A teacher might teach a chapter manually on Monday, then assign a Samagra quiz on Wednesday to test retention.

When schools shut down, Kerala didn’t panic. Because Samagra was already being piloted, they scaled it rapidly. The platform became the backbone of "First Bell" – an online classroom broadcast.
