The GT 610 driver is a time capsule . If you need a basic display adapter for an old Windows 10 machine, the 473.81 driver is stable enough. But do not expect any new features, bug fixes, or gaming viability. For $20, a used GT 710 (Kepler) has far better driver support (including Vulkan and 4K decode). The GT 610’s driver is NVIDIA’s quiet way of saying: “This card belongs in a museum.”

If you already own one, keep the 473.81 driver and disable automatic updates. If you’re buying – don’t. Even the Intel HD Graphics 4000 from the same era has better driver longevity.
