“If you turn on ‘Auto-download’ for Wi-Fi,” Mia said, “every photo Leo sends while you’re connected to your home internet will save itself automatically. No tapping needed.”

“It’s magic!” Elena gasped.

Mia showed Elena how to , then right-click and choose “Save image as…” (on some browsers, this works). If that failed, she showed her an even safer method: Forward the photo to your own number (create a chat with yourself), then open WhatsApp on your phone, save it there, and email it to your computer.

Mia took Elena’s phone (an Android) and opened the chat with Leo.

But Elena noticed a problem. “What about the picture of the ramen he sent yesterday? It’s not in my gallery.”

She smiled, thinking of Leo. The photos weren’t just pixels anymore. They were on her fridge, in her album, and forever in her heart.
