A Tutucu does not chase kills. They do not farm NPCs. Their sole job is to enter a combat zone (like GG, HB, or a Pirate Map), absorb massive amounts of damage, and prevent the enemy team from advancing or killing the damage dealers (the DPS ). Most players build for Damage Per Second (DPS) —high Laser/ROC damage, fast shields, and hit-and-run tactics. The Tutucu rejects this.
