Scroll down and click on Desktop icon settings (under "Related Settings").

Browse through the default Windows icons, or click Browse to use your own .ico file. (Note: You cannot use JPEG or PNG images directly—they must be in .ico format. Use a free online converter to change your image to an icon file.)

This guide will walk you through changing the main system icons, as well as individual shortcuts for programs and folders. These are the default desktop icons that come with Windows. To change them:

Choose a new icon from the list or click Browse to find your own .ico file. Scroll down and click on Desktop icon settings

Click the Change Icon... button.

Go to the Shortcut tab.

Right-click on an empty area of your desktop and select Personalization .
